Hello WA, My name is Phillip Boutte and I am a new member with WA. I may be putting the cart before the horse but my outlook with WA is to earn an income. While explorin my dashboard I ran across Cash credits and Affiliate credits and I see that they can be exchange for cash as income if I go through PayPal with a email address. Is this form of payment secure and safe. With this being said my wife and I were scammed a couple months ago so I am very concerned about things like this. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.I know I have a lot of homework to do but would like to get this out of the way first....Thanks.
