We're pulling the plug on Facebook!
Such was the post I came across today in my ramblings. Like many other sites we visit for our respective blogs, this one was of particular interest. As you can tell by the name of the site, they mainly do things to appeal to men, sports, Bill Murray and the like.
As each and every one of us strive to get likes and viewership, we each strive to find that edge that gets us closer to our goals. Unfortunately, many of those crash and burn. The WA community is ever evolving and growing to prevent us from doing just that.
So, the synopsis of the article is how they use to get upwards of 100% organic traffic, only to have it knocked down to 50% and now less than 1%. How is this possible, you ask? Simple. MONEY. Facebook likes to bankroll off of us, so please take a few minutes and delve through this. Worth the time.

Facebook is definitely a competitive market. Content has to be ever changing to keep viewers interested. I personally think it's well worth paying marketing managers to host my Facebook pages. I don't have enough hours in my day to keep up with it personally.
