thanks mate.please help me as i am trying to creat my first few pages i cant see them on my web.is it anyware i am lost?

When you write pages they need to be activated in your menu. Posts will automatically show.

For pages go to appearance>menus and you will see a list of your pages, click them and then click 'add to menu' and then you should see them.
