What is your motivation to succeed?
Greetings Wealthy Affiliate Family! In todays blog I want to share with you a lesson I learned about 8 years ago, and I am just now applying it to my whole life.
Motivation to Succeed
The question in the title isn't just to grab your attention. It is a serious question. Let me explain. So we all know that we are here to make money right... Well there are several ways to do that here. Everyone wants to succeed and as I mentioned in my latest post on my site anyone can learn how.
The key is to have a desire to succeed and a determination to see it through. In order to fuel that determination we need to find a way to stay motivated. Each of us is different and what works for one may not work for another. We need to find our core motivation.
Motivation is hard but it is necessary for success
Each of us needs to dig deep. We need to figure out what that core motivation is. Why do YOU want to succeed. Is it only for the money? or is it something more?
Back in 2011 I decided to quit smoking. I had a hard time till I figured out what my motivation really was. I love golf, and at the time I wanted to practice hard an become a Pro Golfer. So I motivated myself so I could pay for the golf. I thought quitting was hard but business is so much harder.
What is your Motivation?
So what is your motivation and don't just say "I want to make money online and live comfortably off my full time business" Great, but that is something we all want you need to dig deeper. What is the main reason you want to make money online. Is it for a better future or maybe it is for your family. Whatever that reason then in order to truely succeed you need to hold onto that motivation.
Use your motivation!
once you know what your main motivation is write it down and put it next to you every day. That motivation is what is going to help you plow through obsticles. Ask anyone who is successful and they have all had to overcome obstacles to get where they are. If they didn't have some motivation driving them they might have given up.

Everything we do in life requires some form of motivation. When you get up in the morning and go to work you are probably motivated by the need to earn a living to feed you and your family. We need to stay extra motivated when times are tough. Focus on your motivation and you can power through any obsticle in your way.

Helping others is always a great thing to focus on. I am always focused in on how I can help others where I am at whether it be training employees at work and developing them into better employees or motivating others to believe in themselves.
My motivation is to help others, my family and my faith.

Helping others is also a goal of mine. I have always had a heart to help others. Here I have been given that chance from the beginning. I may not have much knowledge yet about the making money side of things. However, I know a good deal about having a positive outlook and the right mindset. So I am sharing that knowledge while building on the practical knowledge
