Help With Pinterest?

Hi Folks, I am on certification Course 4, Lesson 4, where Kyle explained how to copy stuff from your website to Pinterest. The tutorial was very clear, but there's a problem: When I go to Pinterest, the layout is completely different. The little Plus sign at the top of the screen is no longer there.
My version of Pinterest shows this in the top row from left to right: A funny looking letter P, a Search bar, and three icons - one that looks like a compass, then a person and then a speech bubble with three dots in it. None of these icons explain what they are for. I am having a hard time with it, because nothing seems obvious.
What I want to do is get familiar with how to do things. I want to be able to add a pin, select a board to pin it to, add some text to it, then be able to find the board where I pinned it and edit the pin if I want to, or move it to a different board, be able to create a new board, change its name, or delete it. Those kind of things. Nothing fancy.
Can anyone help me with that?
