Is a morning routine helpful in your life? I have wondered this and I believe it can be beneficial as long as you have a flexible one Just in case you do sleep in.

Waking up from a good nights rest without a plan for the day may sound like a good holiday, in business it's smarter to have a plan so you don't feel overwhelmed with the many choices the day presents.

Start of with a breakfast plan. I have been planning breakfast smoothies and green smoothies and try to get the ingredients all set aside and put into zip lock bags in the fridge so all I have to do is blend it for my smoothie. This has been working out great.

Next I try to be active to wake up body such as practicing my handstands and then showering after.

Then I sit at my desk and use the time blocking habit I blogged about yesterday and try to keep focused on one task for 25 minutes at a time so that one task doesn't take all day.

I then try to get out of the house to get fresh air and then come back to do the same for the afternoon.

At end of the day I like to reward myself with a nice film to watch and and or a social meet up with friends.
'and before I sleep I like to do the house cleaning very quickly especially the kitchen so the next morning is focused on work again.

So their you have it a good morning routine can really set you up for a productive day ahead and help you complete so of the hardest tasks you have been facing and that's important.

Let me know if you have a set morning routine and how it helps you in your business.

Regards

Peter
