Try, try and try again.
In the beginning
I first joined Wealthy Affiliate in July 2015 and had high hopes for the future and my online business through WA. Unfortunately family issues soon started to take over my life. My wife and I suffered extreme stress and marriage difficulties caused by our son and his “friends”. My attention turned to our safety and more importantly the safety of our two young children. I tried to keep up with my online work for a year and a half before giving up in dispair. Our health and that of our young children was suffering due to there elder brother.
Time for changeWe decided that for the good of our family we would move from Manchester to North Wales and try to help our son get away from these gangs and help the rest of us recover. He was keen at first but then began to run back to his old friends and cause trouble within the home. Within a few months he had been arrested for assaulting my wife and he moved out. Things began to settle down for the two young children. It took much longer for my wife and I to feel close. I started to feel positive for the future again and wanted to create a good income for my family whilst still being there for my wife and kids. So in April 2018 I rejoined WA and began work on my new website. Things were going well, if a little slowly, until I realised a huge problem with my niche. One word in my website name and every page and post caused a huge problem. The word “job”. When put into a search engine this one word would bring up thousands of websites. I lost faith again and left afternoon 3 months.
This time I will succeedA few months ago I was starting to feel confident again. I decided to come up with a new niche in the hope of trying WA again. Instead I came up with a dozen ideas. This surprised me and encouraged me that maybe I could do it this time. I chose one of my new niches and began writing down some ideas and soon I had a structure and felt ready to go. Two weeks ago I rejoined WA again and now I have completed my first website and am beginning to write another, with lots more niche ideas waiting. Hopefully soon I will be able to monetise my first site and start earning money from it, the next stage in my online business world.
WA has been a great help in this process with the excellent lessons and tutorials as well as help from other members. My advice for anyone struggling with issues, confidence or niche problem is just keep trying and keep at it. One day you will get that niche that will work, for you and your visitors. It needs to be something you love writing about and discussing with anyone who comments on your site. Don’t be afraid to try a new one. If you keep trying one day you’ll get one that works for you and this will inspire you to do more.

WOW, I'm glad you got out of a bad situation there. We have a similar situation in our family but it was with my mother-in-law and her eldest son. We've since moved her in with us and are working to remove him from the property so we can fix it up, sell it and get her a place down here near us where it's much safer.
Keep us posted on your progress.
Thanks for your support and hope you resolve your situation soon. Always look forward, the past can’t be changed only your present and future. And we’re all in control of our own as long as we believe it.
It will be...let's just say he's well versed in how to work the system....It's just a timely process.
Thanks
