Seriously, Where Do I Find the Time?

I've got SO much to do!

 I'm raising a kid, I've got to shop and cook (fortunately, my mom cleans house). 

 I've got about a dozen freelance writing commitments that need to be done NOW. 

I've got a blog, a website and a news twitter that have to be kept updated. 

I've got a forum to moderate. 

I've got 50 backlinks to do for a client - and then try to do at least as many for myself, too! 

 I've got a newsletter to write. 

I've got articles that need to be written and posted to UAW.

On top of all that,  I've got to get to the dentist AND the doctor.  I've got a cavity so deep, I think Jimmy Hoffa might be hiding in there. 

 When do I find the time to get all this done?
