Have you tried Google Alerts. It is fuel of good blog ideas.

Some times first thoughts can be good. After building my first site I decide to do a second one. It only took two days because you have already learned so much from the first one.

Just like you said I go back and forth writing my posts. My second site now ranks up with my first here in WA. The first post was page 3 in 16 hours.

You've got this either way you decide to go.

There is product reviews Jerry. Head over to amazon and search diet books, pills, whatever comes to mind and review products from that. I'll bet you'll find limitless keywords for the products to review.

As for second sites, you may want to try bootcamp.

There should be pretty much an unlimited tap of keywords within any niche that you choose. If you are stuck coming up with ideas, I highly recommend you use the Alphabet Soup Technique: Alphabet Soup Technique - Using Google Instant to Find Keywords This will open your eyes to MANY more keywords. Think of products that people are interested in your niche, think of questions they ask, think of "how to's" that they follow through, think of the sort of searches they do.

however, a 2nd site will just compound the challenge

in the moment it may seem like a great idea to have 2 different niches to write about

but the day will come when both wells run dry at the same time

it is far better to give yourself a break, allow time to digest the material you are learning

a new skill does not happen overnight -- and that is what is being learned here -- a new skill set

stick with it and don't cheat yourself by shifting focus before you have mastered the basics
