How to get back on this ride?
I have been semi-inactive for about 3 weeks here. Now dropped out of the top 200. Between some minor surgery and major projects that had to be completed, I have got out of the habit. Has anyone else every stepped away for a little bit and then wondered, how do I offer help and advice to others when I haven't got my stuff together?

Happened to me a lot too. Don't worry about your ranking in WA Jerry. Just slowly get back to doing what got you far in the first place and you'll be back in no time :)
Sounds familiar. I m in the same boat. Guess we both need to just figure out our own way of getting back into the flow.
Top of the morning to you, PerkyBoy,
Having the same battle . . . :(
In spite of my bright-eyed-and-bushy-tailed optimism of http://tonypitwood.com/new-deadline-approaches
I still have got to out my head down, my shoulder to the wheel, my ear to the rail, my ear to the ground . . . and get going carrying on where I left off.
I must say it's quite difficult working in that position described above
Have a great day - you'll get there (we won't leave you behind!)
Yep I have and what I have found is we are all human and we all drop off so just by being honest and taking about that fact often helps people feel not alone. Well done for putting it out there.I have exactly the same issue with my weight. All the best Kind regards Kim
You are certainly not alone there, and the reasons are as many and varied as there are people. I think it's quite easy sometimes to look at other people's comments, and feel as if they are breezing along, when in reality they are probably having the same struggles as I am. Even with your time away you appear to be way ahead of me. You've obviously got what it takes. All the best.
