I need to cancel everything at this time. I have some things happen that I am unable to complete the program at this time. How do I cancel? It also show's Jaaxy for a year.

For any websites hosted here, you need to arrange alternative hosting for your website before your subscription ceases as you would be locked out the platform, site support backups are only available for 60 days.

You can never revert back to being a starter.

You may reach out to site support for a backup of your websites.

Also, domain names must have passed the grace period of 60 days.

You can just delete your account as the other members have said. But I believe you won't get a refund because it has been over 30 days since you paid. The website, domain and account will stay active until your subscription ends next year.

Me personally, I would not delete my account. I would just stop the direct debit every month. When you are ready and in a better financial position you can log back in and see what you can access from that moment on.

Go to your profile picture in the far right hand corner of this website, click account settings - subscription (left hand side)- cancel billing.

Do not delete your account. Carry on when you are ready, you will still be able to log on to your Wealthy Affiliate account and look around.

I know people that do this I just can't lie by telling you how long! @kyle may be able to answer that particular question better.

When I go to log into my website, it takes me to a page, safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found. What have I done to cause this.

When I want to post on my site, can I use what is already there on the templates or do I do my own?

Hi Penny,

Some of the templates are useful for following if you're doing an affiliate disclosure or privacy policy.

The keyword rich content template is a starter for your own niche relevant posts which you can then publish to your site.

Included in Site Content is a library of images you can use to illustrate your posts.
