Learning to Share
Going through the website training has been a great way to find out what my insecurities are and what I'm totally comfortable with. It has truly been an interesting road and really just getting started.
I stress over each and every content post - it takes me days to be comfortable enough to push the "publish" button - almost to the point of not continuing. My sisters have always said I try to keep everyone in my circle happy and that's really stressful - writing these posts have only proved they are right. So - I have taken some time off and really worked on why this bothers me so much.
I can share just about anything in a face to face conversation but putting it into written words has proved difficult. Going through the training - without skipping anything because it isn't what I am comfortable with - has really helped me. Social media is still extremely difficult for me to understand how it works and how I can use it but each lesson is a new tidbit to work on. It still takes me way more time than I would like to post content but I really find it enjoyable so am I looking forward to the day when I can write and post all in the same day!
I value all the encouragement and suggestions I get from the WA community as well as my close circle of family and friends so please continue your support - I read so many of your posts and know I'm just at the beginning - so thank you for sharing!

Penny,
Congratulations on breaking through your comfort zone!! ๐
You have just voiced what many of us go through.
Hitting that 'Publish Button' is hard, but do it!! You can edit it as many times as you want, or add content, even after publishing. Many of us edit everytime we learn, or figure out something new. So don't stress, just Publish. ๐
As for Social Media, I have found PinTrest to be the easiest to jump into. (Start with the one your most comfortable with). I, personally, can't wrap my head around twitter, or Instagram). And that's ok!!
You can do this!! Ask questions, blog here, go to Site Feedback area, and ask for opinions on your site.

Shaunna - thanks so much for letting me know I'm not the only one who doesn't get twitter and Instagram. I am just getting started on pintrest so hopefully that will be my spot! I forgot about the Site Feedback - I will do that. Thanks again.

Part of progress is moving through/overcoming your fears. Sounds like you are moving in the right direction.
Slowly - that's for sure, but the training is a huge help. Thanks
