My Domain of 13.99 for a year was refunded back to my PayPal Account.
When I did a domain transfer to SiteDomains for one of the domains, it failed the first time. They refunded my money from the failed transfer. Did you register a domain or transfer a domain? Did it go through successfully the first time.
It went through. I just did it one time. Woke up this morning, it was refunded back into my PayPal Account.
If it there is no explanation in your Paypal account and If it is a domain hosted at SiteRubix, check your account information or send support a note.
