Great list! I like learning about alternative resources...
I Paint.net is much easier to use than GIMP. Plus, as I recently discovered, GIMP works better for vector creation and graphic designs due to the way it works...(sorry, that's all I got...grin)
Paint.net is easy to use, once you understand how to use the tools. There are a couple of video tutorials that were very helpful to me. Do not be discouraged if they are dated from 8-10 years ago, they are still relative and easy to follow.

Nice, I’ve used photo shop in the past and found it difficult to learn. I don’t use these tools everyday and generally look for an intuitive tool to use.
Go pro has their own editing suite along with Sony and I tend to use those.
But I will stop and look at these alternatives.
