Massive thanks to site support
I'm building a site for initially selling leaded mirrors and vases. I'm using a combination of WooCommerce and Thrive Themes. For some completely unknown reason ,when trying to upload products, it was just not working.
I'd been trying all sorts of solutions and looking both within WA and also on Google at what was going wrong. After sleeping on it last night, I contacted site support this morning. A couple of responses back and forth with what was going on and they suggested I tried another computer or web browser - couldn't be that simple...
Changed from my usual Chrome to Safari, logged in attempted and, immediate success. If anyone is ever struggling, definitely worth a try!!!
Wealthy affiliate is going from strength to strength and for anyone struggling, this community is great and the Site Support is second to none.

Hi Peter, my main browser is Safari. I use Chrome because it already has automated closed captioning features for me. After all, I can't hear. That comes in handy for Jay's Friday night live training. I use three browsers: Safari, Chrome, and MS Edge on my M1 MacBook Pro. I agree that Site Support is fantastic. They helped me when I had an issue with Chrome's Defective Site Ahead. This happens to a lot of us. Site Support took care of that. I am glad you got it resolved.
I didn’t realise that all the browsers have different faults/advantages, which has become very apparent. I have changed over the years based more on functionality than anything else. Every days a great day to grow…
