Problem to send and receive email from your own domain id

If you are facing a problem in sending or receiving emails by using Atmail after log in , following setup may help you.

Status CONNECTING but no email is able to send or receive from/to your own domain email id.

Then check this configuration too.

1. After log into Atmail , Go to Tools ( adjacent to Safety button in tool bar).

2. Click Tools ==> select " Compatibility view setting "

3.Type add this website box with " YOUR WEBSITE.COM " ... example

4. Click ADD button.

5. Close.

6. Now compose an email and send to external mail id like yahoo, hot mail etc

7. Similarly send an email from yahoo, hot mail or any other external mail to your own domain email id in Atmail.
