100% Refund Guaranteed at Wealthy Affiliate Premium Membership
Wealthy Affiliate can refund its premium members in Full.
This is the second time that one of my premium member got his refund from Wealthy Affiliate.
If you are one of the premium member who have been waiting for your premium refund, then wait paitently, its on its way. Please don't ask me how it happened, rather ask Wealthy Affiliate Support team to get better responds.
Something that struck me with this current refund that on the screen shot above. My referral had access to live and premium account here at Wealthy Affiliate for one full month plus grace period, which could be a week or two.
He joined in June 07 2020 and his premium account has been closed on 20 July 2020 because he was unable to renew his premium membership. That is exceeding the one month of premium period, right?
Supprisingly, Wealthy Affiliate decided to make full refund payment to my referal and the reason for that is unkown to me. That is amazing, right? Someone who have premium accessed to the platform more than a month yet, deserved to be refunded in full, wow.

I've been waiting for my refund for a couple of months now... Carson doesn't respond, Kyle doesn't respond... I emailed support a couple of times without any respond.
WA was good in my book until now.
what do i have to do again in order to get a refund cuz ive tried messaging kyle privately,but he hasnt replied my messages yet.

I have been asking for a refund for a payment taken from my credit card in July and my repeated requests are being ignored! I've had to open a dispute with my credit card company. I hadn't accessed Wealthy Affiliate for months. It's very frustrating, not to mention unprofessional, being ignored.

For my Case it was my referral who got away with the refund. I guess your Case must be different. Paul.
Oh sorry, I read it wrong. They took £275 from my credit card - I have been very ill so I haven’t bothered with WA for a very long time. I’ve told them several times I don’t want to continue with WA but for some reason they must really need the money as so many other people seem to have trouble getting refunds! I’ve sent a private message to Kyle here on the platform (and an email) asking for a refund and even he ignored me! This is ridiculous - there are so many bad reviews online and now I can see why! Hopefully my credit card company will sort this out.

Interesting... Some are getting their refunds without having much difficulties. I think if you had cancelled your account knowing that you are not going to use Wealthy Affiliate, they may have refunded the full amount back to you. As long as your account is live and active, I think getting refund will be not possible.
