Hello everybody.
I don't write that many blog posts at WA - Well hardly any if I'm being honest. It's not that I don't want to, or I don't care, it's simply time constraints. I'm too busy with my regular 9-5 and blogging/promoting my main websites.
However, I've broke rank today because I needed to share this as a little inspiration to others who might be spinning their wheels when it comes to getting traction and making sales.
My biggest website is aimed at UK business owners and I monetize it with Google Adwords.

3-months ago I decided I needed to increase the income potential. Now I've never been a fan of promoting Amazon products for a piddling 3% commission, or writing product reviews for stuff I've never used, purchased or know nothing about. I personally find it a bit boring and energy depleting. But that's just me. Others love it and do well.
Anyway, I looked at some of my articles, put a review spin on them and added a small selection of related products (not many), as I said I find reviews like an energy vampire.
This morning I was mooching about on my computer and clicked on my Amazon affilate account. I WAS AMAZED. I'd made 9-sales that I didn't even know about. And the weirdest thing was that some of the sales were things that I don't even promote!
So I've been proved wrong. Promoting Amazon stuff is effective, and let me tell you, there's no sweeter feeling than waking up to money that's appeared in your account while you sleep or go off and do other stuff.
