I love the smell of napalm in the morning,

... sorry, ... wrong story!

Apocalypse

I love the smell of freshly brewed coffee in the morning.

It has that special aroma that makes morning the best part of my day. With this aroma filling my nostrils, I firmly grab my cup in "both" hands and slowly sip this liquid, in tribute to the Creator of coffee beans.

I like to start early, something about the early bird and a worm.

My first task completed, (coffee taster), I continue on to my next tasks. These are usually some form of video instruction, lessons, or reading. This is the "easiest" part of my day.

From there, life leads to somewhere between a battlefield and a war. Perhaps I could use less hyperbole, but there are many days that qualify for this definition.

If your life is too easy, either you've "made" it already, OR, you're NOT going to make it.

Show me the Money

Today I chose to read and it seems that someone in the the community is complaining that they're not making money yet. A new member obviously, has not been making any money YET!

Years ago, when I had more spring in my step, and I was running my own Construction Business, I ended up at Staples. I needed some stationery supplies just like we all do from time to time. As I sped through the aisles searching for these office supplies, I suddenly came to a screeching halt.

I could not believe what I had seen on the shelf!

I took a deep breath and focused on this object of wonder.

It was an "EASY BUTTON".

A round disk about 4 to 5 inches in diameter, that you simply pressed on, to make "things" easier for yourself and everyone else.

What a novel idea!

I had one of those, "why didn't I think of that", moments.

With employees on my payroll and dozens of things to get done, I chose to delay my purchase until I had read a proper compliment of reviews. Upon reading the reviews from users of this "Easy Button" I was dissuaded from purchasing this "magic button" that claimed to make life so much easier for its owner.

Promises Promises

It just never lived up to its promises. There were no "easy buttons" then, and there are NO "easy buttons" today. All that we are left with are old-fashioned ideas from our past. I can't claim to have invented any of these, but I'll happily share them with the members who just haven't made any or even enough money yet!
