Do I Stay Or.
Well here I am again in another conundrum. Was very busy with my so called life that I was away from the computer except to answer follows and posts on my phone when I could. I took some good advice and changed my theme and my site does look better.
I am at the point of placing my "web frame" to my web site and cannot think of the three categories I should choose. I dont know, at times I think I should just go back to nursing and put this dream on hold but if I do I wont come back. Time is running out and I have to work quick. Funny, but when I was thinking about this Nathaniel PM'd me and sort of made me feel like a quitter. He did not know what I had been thinking about so I guess the universe intervened on my behalf.
So, do I stay or do I go? Of course I should stay!!!! This is what i want, wish it was easier, but its not so this is what I need to do. Yes, I get down all the time because I dont know what alot of you are talking about but then you guys, at one time, didnt know either so if you can do it so can I.
The help I get is incredible and sometimes I have to search or read alot of other info. to find out what I need, but it is what it is and I usually learn something new anyway. I love to write, Journalism major in college, but thats not what this is. If it was just putting some pretty words on paper that would be a no-brainer, but this is actually writing with a desired outcome, traffic and money!
So here I go again not on my own! Thanks to all that have helped me during my many crisis's (is that even a word). Keep an eye on me because Im going to do this and be successful and then Ill be helping other newbies :)
Heres to all your dreams coming true.

Hi Paula, I have been through the mill at WA most days. Shall I give up ?. NO, I won't as these guys here are like a crutch supporting you when you ask.. If they believe in you, we must try and believe in ourselves, I know it is hard and easy to say. To be honest I am really struggling with putting Google Ads on my website and trying to understand Google Analytics. This is my next step of Kyle's tasks in the training, I most probably will need that crutch at WA to help me move a small step further.
You keep going at your own pace and time, I promise many members at WA get stuck frequently, you are not alone.
Keep your chin up Paula, everyone is here for you to break down the barriers.
Success to you, Paula.
Keep going...a little step every day will get you to where you want to be! And don't bash yourself up!
Hey Paula,
Each person has to evaluate their situation and make the
decision. From my standpoint, I agree totally with Steve's
comments as they contain important insights. As I had suggested
to another member about 10 days ago, if you are still in limbo,
then a suggested route would be to make a list to compare:
1. Column - Reasons to stay and 2. Reasons to go. Then it should reveal the correct answer for YOU. I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Ken
You know I am familiar with that list. Do it all the time. Thanks for your thoughts and words.
I think we all, or most of us have had this conversation with ourselves numerous times Paula. At least I have.
Community members have CERTAINLY helped, but after a while, I have been able to create my own reason for staying.
What else do I have to spend my time on that has a better chance of success? ABSOLUTELY nothing. The yearly premium membership is minuscule compared to what most of us spend on other "things".
Let's see I could ......watch more TV, surf the internet, put more mulch on my lawn, read more books about OTHER people who DON'T quit. Nah, I think it is best to do what I am doing and if it takes a little longer than originally planned? So What !
The friends I have made here in WA alone are worth the price of membership!
Hang in there my friend!
All the best, Steve
Hi PaulaLloyd1
I just wanted you to know that you aren't the only one who struggles with finding time to work our business and new-found careers-leading-to-joy-happiness-and freedom.
I too have a very demanding, although no where near as important as nursing, type of job but I really dislike, ok hate, mine.
It's the desire to get away that keeps me focused and pointed in the right direction.
And you are definitely pointed in the right direction! Some day s are better than others for working our business - take advantage of those days and do more.
Consistency is key- don't try to do or schedule yourself to do more than you can and then get stressed because you couldn't do it all (the voice of experience here).
The support is amazing so take advantage of it - no judgement, just support and encouragement and different ideas on how to keep it moving.
I'm following you now so.....we can definitely keep an eye on each other.
Keep at it ---you'll be there sooner than you know!
Callelee :)
