Google Plus
Hi Guys,
I just wanted to share with you a discovery that I have made whilst using Google Plus.
My website is still very much in its infancy as it has only been live (indexed) for 10 days, however, even though I currently only have 8 followers on Google + (something that I need to address) 3 of my articles have ranked on the first page of google for their respective keyword that I was targeting, simply because I published the article in Google plus.
So I guess what I am saying is don't underestimate the power of this social platform as even if you don't have a vast amount of followers you can still rank for your chosen keywords.
It really has taken me by surprise, but it is a very pleasant one!

Thnx, I was wondering! Hmmm....strange though since your site trust must still be 0% What was the QSR for your keywords? What's your website called? You must be doing something extra ordinary!

I don't think it is anything special that I am doing apart from using the Google plus platform.
My initial keyword which was What Is The Best Weight Loss Diet
My G+ article is ranked position 4 page 1
Ave 4093 Traffic 696 QSR 50 SEO 86
However as a by product of this key word I have ranked position 4 with my google article for this keyword;
Best Weight Loss Diet
and although the QSR and SEO marks are lower you can see the traffic score for this keyword per month is a lot higher;
Ave 4093 Traffic 696 QSR 297 SEO 52
and also ranked position 4 for Best Weight Loss Diets
Ave 3265 Traffic 556 QSR 231 SEO 77

WOW, thnx for the info! Strange, my SQR for one of my keywords was 9...and I just posted on google+ and I am still not even on the first 6 page. I thought it was because my site is so new, but now I am thinking that maybe it's not picking up my keywords :-(
It's a difficult one to explain as there isn't anything in particular that I can think of that I am doing differently from anyone else.
I don't know if you can gain any info from checking the google page that I am ranked on and the link that it provides to G+
The only thing that maybe making a difference is that when I publish and article I am immediately putting it on G+ and Twitter, whether that has a bearing on it I am not sure.
May just be worth experimenting a bit.
