50 days and counting!

Well I made the 50 day threshold, another milestone passed.

It occurred to me the other day that I am a little lacking on the WA blogging front, so I thought that I would jot a few lines down to let you know how I have been getting on, what I have achieved so far and what the plan is for the future.

So as the title suggests, today is my 50th day within WA, and to say that I have learned a lot is a bit of an understatement. I am finding that I am learning new things every day and getting new ideas as well from what I have learned. This is all testament to the amazing community that we have here at WA, not only for the knowledge that is passed around, but the friendship as well, because this is a very social community as well.

In my time here so far the support that I have personally received has been second to none, I can't think of a single occasion when it was too much trouble for someone to help me out with a question, or give me feedback on my site, thus the experience I have had so far has been extremely pleasant and long may it continue.

So what have I been doing in my time at WA so far.

• Section 5 of my training completed - but not finished, it will never finish :)
• Managed to get into the top 500 with my WA ranking
• Website created and designed
• Website all indexed and running with Google, Bing & Yahoo
• My own unique logo created for my website
• 23 articles on the website more being added every few days
• Facebook page up and running and being updated
• Google page up and running and being updated
• Twitter and Pinterest both set up and running with updates
• Google Analytics, Search Console, Adsense, Bing Webmaster, Bing Medianet all set up and running
• Site now becoming monetised through reviews, affiliate and advertising links
• ......and the list goes on

So it has been a busy time in the "Youngie" household not to mention the fact that we had Christmas and also there were two birthdays in there.

The plan for the future is hard work and lots of it, I am starting to see one or two of my posts showing up on searches, albeit not the first page, not even the 5th, but they are there none the less and give me encouragement that things are on the right track.

I guess what I am also trying to say is that half of what I listed here would never have happened without the help and support that I received from all of you guys. You make the difference, you are WA.
