Who is used to auction (sell) my website? Who have you used?
Hey Paul,
Have you checked the WA training yet? Reason I'm asking is that I have found at least one tutorial that is available on this topic. See screen print below...
Hope you find this helpful.
Thank you very much for that info! (But I'm starting to realize my site is too horrible to sell) No traffic, no one staying to read or comment. Over saturated marked. But I'll still check it out!
Thank you again,
Paul

Wanting to sell my website. how?
Who is used to auction (sell) my website? Who have you used?
Selling a website is can be a pain friend. It all depends what your website has as far a contents, traffic, and most important the name of your website.
I said the name of your website because if you look at almost every business, both brick-and-mortar and online ones, they all have one thing in common. That one thing in common has to do with their short names without any dashes.
I wish I had known how important that was before picking the name of my website. But to get the ultimate attraction with a nice value for your website, you'd want the short name, contents, and traffic exposure to do so. All the best!

If someone leaves WA, can they still keep their website created here in WordPress? If so, how? Links to how this is done?
Hey Paul,
Here's what Kyle says about this: What happens to my hosting if I cancel my membership at wa? Hope you find this helpful.
Hi,
If you cancel your subscription.
For any websites hosted here, you need arrange alternative hosting for your website before your subscription ceases as you would be locked out the platform, site support back ups are only available for 60 days.
You can never revert back to being a starter.
I also suggest you backup your sites, you can use the AIO WP Migration or Updraft plugins. UpdraftPlus is a premium and highly recommended.
Hiya Paul
You can move your website to another hosting platform, make sure you do that in good time as WA will not keep your site up and running indefinitely.
Here is a link that may help you: The Complete Guide To Moving Your Site Out Of WA Blessings

PS You may want to reconsider if you read DaveHayes post about how much WA offers in comparison to other hosting platforms.

I'd like to try to hire someone to write for me, but I don't know where to go. Please suggest links or companies you have used that you are happy with. What is your experience
Paul,
I have had good experience with iWriter and the are pretty inexpensive.
I also know someone on this platform who makes his living as a content writer and he does excellent work.
PM me if you want to know more.
Barbara
Hi - I am surprised that someone is able to make a living from iWriter, they are the lowest paying company in the industry! I had a terrible experience working for them. They take 35% of the writer's earnings.
Writers can be paid as little as $4.30 for 1000 words at iWriter, whereas the absolute minimum for that should be $25, and more realistically $50.
To be honest, we are not supposed to promote our paid services to other members, but because you are recommending someone, it should be seen differently. They are not directly approaching members themselves.
Diane,
I know what you are saying is true. They don't pay their writers well, but I haven't had any issues using them in the past. Frankly, my budget is very low too and they are inexpensive.
I don't use them often anymore, since I have a deal with someone else now.
Hi - you will definitely get better results from Upwork, as writers have to pass a test before they are accepted to the platform. As Barbara has said, you will also find reliable writers at Textbroker.com, as the writer's work is checked by the agency before being released to the client.
I have had a quick glance at your website, which you mentioned elsewhere. Your latest posts are quite short for the competitive tech niche. So, when hiring a writer, I suggest you ask for posts of 1000 words.
You are correct. I'm having an awful time with length.and will let them know I'm looking for 1K words. Thank you for your time and advice!
Paul,
1K should be your minimum unless it is you About Me page/post.
I'm sure Diane would agree with me on that.
