A Simple Pinterest Win Using The Pinterest Trainings Strategy ( Homework )
Hi WA Fam,
Good day.
Here is my homework from the latest of Jays Pinterest live trainings.
I recently posted a Pinterest pin on December 23rd, and one of the goals was brand awareness. I posted and let Pinterest do what Pinterest does best.

Here are the results so far:
- 539 monthly impressions
- 27 pin clicks
- 6 saves
- 4 profile visits
- 2 outbound clicks
Now let’s be clear—this is not a viral pin. But it is a successful one.
Why This Pin Worked
In my opionon the biggest difference with this pin was the lifestyle image.
Instead of just showing the product, the image shows the product being worn in real life. That matters on Pinterest. People come here for inspiration, ideas, and identity—not hard selling.
Even without fully realizing it at the time, choosing a lifestyle image helped Pinterest understand who this content was for. That’s why it continues to get impressions and engagement.
What I am Learning
Pinterest is a long-term platform. When you focus on brand awareness, consistency, and visuals that tell a story, the results compound over time.
Consider this: every impression is a new introduction to your brand, business or ministry. Every profile visit is someone getting familiar with your message.
That’s a win.
Let’s keep testing.
Let’s keep posting.
Let’s keep leaning into the trainings. They work.
My Key Takeaway
If you’re building a brand, a business or a ministry, we shouldn't overlook small wins. They’re often the foundation of long-term growth.
Thanks Jay for the amazing pinterest trainings, they are gold.
Alright WA Fam,

Hey Pastor Dre,
Nice results on this scout pin. I agree, it is important to think long term and provide value to rather than hard selling.
Keep doing what you're doing, you're doing great!
