Is anyone having difficulty accessing their email accounts? I have two email accounts but have been unable to check either and have requested assistance but no one in support r

Hi

Sometime when we copy and paste or double click we add a space to beginning or end of our password and thus unable access.

Also you can access one webmail at a time on a browser, unless you open the other one in a different browser.

make sure that the passwords are the right length...double clicking them add a character to the start of the password after pasting....
so i use the home button and delete and then am let in....
i hope you get it sorted.

I know you keep telling me the site is OK, but I can never log into pat@pastoralteachings.com. It just will not open or connect. How can I alleviate this problem, which has bee

Make sure cache cleared. Try in a different browser.

If issue persists, I would contact site support ask them to check it for me

Hi Patricia - did you set this up as an email forwarding address? If so, then any messages will be in the inbox you selected to forward the email to.
If you set it up as just a straight email address then you'll need to follow these directions.
1. Select 'Websites' from the tabs across the top of this page
2. Select 'SiteManager' from the drop down
3. Once in SiteManager - select SiteEmail from the tabs across the top (it's the 2nd from the right hand side
4. You should see your email inbox there.

Is this your private email or the one attached to your website?
Sometimes emptying your caches can help. If it's your website email, you can contact site support to help. They're amazing!
