Time Sucks

No, time itself doesn't suck. Unless your fighting the 'getting old' thing with a vengeance, like I am. Instead, I'm talking about all the things in a day the suck time from my efforts toward work.

As a freelancer/entrpreneur it's harder to manage time throughout a day because there is no manager or boss breathing down your neck. I've chosen to live this way so that I am allowed the freedom to make my own schedule. The freedom to jump on the Harley with dh for a couple hours because the weather is just too damn nice to be sitting behind the computer.

However, without careful planning and making up for the freedom-time-sucks I get behind.

One good thing is dh travels quite frequently so those are the times I catch up on work. One bad thing is dh travels quite frequently so I miss him terribly and it's hard to focus.

Ah well, onward to doing what I love so that I can make more money to do what I love!
