Can you clarify what you're looking for?
If you're looking for your link to share with others then just click on the $ coin looking icon up top and select Program Details or Links & Tracking. You can find your link to share there.
If you're asking where the training is check out the Training link on the left-hand side of the screen. The training specific to promoting WA is called Affiliate Bootcamp.
If you're asking where the servers themselves are, I believe they are hosted by Amazon Web Services.
The founders are in Canada.
