When I switch to full screen to watch a video, my screen switches but the left sided of the screen shows the video at original size and the remainder of the screen is white. Thi
Hey everyone,
Many of us are having this problem. One member has submitted a support ticket regarding this issue and I've sent Kyle a message so hopefully we'll hear something back soon.
Keep an eye on the comments here: The videos are not playing at wealthy affiliate? If and when we get a reply, we will post it here.
Ditto here...noticed it yesterday and had hoped it was only for the one video...all of them are doing. Tried both SD and HD.
I noticed this today on one of Kyle's videos. Course 3 lesson 2. Let's hope it will soon be back to normal.

This is Kyle's response:
"We are aware of this issue, it was caused by a code release on Wednesday morning and we will have these issues updated this AM. Thanks for your patience everyone, sometimes when we roll out new changes things like this can happen. We are all over this issue here!"
