I have an indication to say that I have a feedback on my website. I have been trying to open this feedback but I just cannot get what is supposed to be a new feedback for my website All I am seeing is the presence of old feedbacks.
Can some one please explain where or what of what of the new website feedback? I do not understand what is happening.

Hi Pansy, in your wordpress dashboard click where it says comments, if your not sure if the comment is new just click 'Pending' at the top and it will show all the comments you have not published. Then you have the option to allow the comment and you can also respond to it. Hope this helps.
