My Four Non-Financial Goals
I've gotten so used to working so much in the past six years, I've kind of forgotten how to just have fun. I never seemed to have any free time, and if I did, I spent most of it asleep. So my goals are going to revolve around enjoying myself while building my business, network, and audience.
In the next ten days, I want to have set up a personal blog for the express purpose of talking about myself. I want the content of the blog to reflect at least one fun or interesting thing that I've done in the past week, and I want to spread information about topics that I'm interested in. The target audience will be moderately intelligent people who find themselves getting bored with a targeted age range between the ages of 15 and 30 years old.
In 30 days, I want to take a nice long road trip back to my home in Iowa, and I want to record the trip on my GoPro so that I can edit the video and play some music to it to post up on YouTube and my personal blog.
In 6 months, I want to have found a network of like minded people who like to go out and do fun things like scuba diving and skydiving in their free time while earning money through their own businesses. I want to be able to get together with them to discuss business and to just hang out and have fun and some drinks.
In a year, I want to go have a beer in England and flirt with the pretty English girls with their glorious accents <3 This one is purely just for the fun of it.
I'd be happy to hear from anyone who would like to network with me. I'm serious about wanting to hang out with this group of people and actually building a tangible network. Just drop a comment, and we can discuss how we'll make business a success, one way or another.

Good tip. I was thinking about that a few hours after I posted this and got further along into the trainings. I want to make it not about me, but about two or three topics that I'm interested in that are linked to each other. For instance, I'd like to build a project and do a video or a how to article with pictures. This will get me motivated to do the things I'd like but am normally too lazy to do. And I add value by showing other people how to do it too.
