For anyone looking to merge and/or create a PDF file online with either existing PDFs or other types of files, like JPG (or jpeg), you're in luck!
I used to have access to Adobe Acrobat Pro, which was pretty amazing. But since I don't have that anymore, I had to find an alternative.

As opposed to converting non-PDF files into PDF files, and after which then combining the converted PDFs, this whole process is done in one SINGLE step. And, you can change the order of the non-PDF files, i.e., which file is page 1, page 2, and so on. Super cool.
My JPG files were not that big, so the process to convert and combine them took pretty quick. I am not sure if would it take a longer time if the file sizes were bigger, .
