I have a newer site I've been working on. It meets the criteria as one of my passions.
I've been following the training we all get here and advice of others to post a lot of informational articles, fewer 'money pages' with affiliate links. You know what? It's working.
My stats are blowing me away on Google Analytics. My bounce rate on this site is 24.4%!
That is amazing to me. Pages per session is 3.32. Those are stats for the last 30 days.

Now, I don't have a ton of visitors yet, but it's increasing every time I post a new article with new keywords.
I decided to try a new tactic to try a keyword that I think will pull some interest but has no stats in Jaaxy. One of those Golden keywords VitaliyG talks about in a recent class. I don't know if it's 'Golden' yet, but even if not, I wanted the article available for the people who visit.
So far, current visitors who come in for other keywords are visiting that article and the bounce rate for it is 0.0%. :D
The other exciting news is a lot of visitors are clicking on my 'Top XX for XX' 'money pages' links sprinkled throughout the site, per tracking in Analytics.
I just wanted to share my excitement with you. I think this niche is a keeper, although I'm surprised it isn't saturated yet. It's barely even scratched the surface of its potential.
