The resources at the Premium level include Level 2 - 5 Online Entrepreneur Training (weekly live webinars, guides and tips from the community members and so much more, hosting of 10 websites, unlimited usage of Jaaxy the keyword research tool needed to choose good ranking keywords for post titles, 24 x 7 support (community and Site Support) plus other things.
WA is a very friendly, helpful and active community. We like to help new comers achieve success.
The way to learn the online process is to complete the Online Entrepreneur Training which is a self-managed program. You can do it at your pace. When you have questions, you can ask them in the comments section after each lesson.
