Healthy relationship: how is it possible?

It is a fact that not all relationships are healthy, and by definition a healthy relationship is a state where there is no schism.

Oxford dictionary defines a relationship as the way in which two people, groups or countries behave towards each other or deal with each other or are connected to one another.

HOW CAN I MAKE MY RELATIONSHIP HEALTHY?

So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you.

The first thing is to establish guidelines and principles to live by as we interact with one another including family members, work associates and anyone else that we relate with.

Loving relationships can also go a long way to healthier physical lives.

Anxiety weighs down the heart but a kind word cheers it up.

It is good for us to pay attention to both our relational lives and our physical lives. Forgiveness is a key component of keeping our relationship healthy. As long as you are living in this world, someone will hurt you in one way or the other, if you want your relationship to continue, you will have to overlook some things.
