Sites where you can get free stock photos
Many, many moons ago, I fell foul of Getty Images licencing and got invoiced for 1,500 UK Sterling (approx 1,900 USD) for inadvertently using one of their photos on a website I built for a customer.
I was very careful never to make the same mistake again, so here are a bunch of image sites where you can legally source and use high quality images.

Great List ! I also look out for those ads that Adobe run... "Sign UP and Get 10 Free Images". They know that we will sign up and take the 10 free images then cancel the subscription,. they expect this but know that now we know about them and the images they have, we are more likely to go back to them if we intent to pay for a perfect image for some article or other... So far I have not but do take advantage of the 10 free ones. :)
