Which is more important ? Based on your opinion
So I have sime things below which is seen as important in order to start a successfull company. If you could comment whuch you think is more important and explain why your choice. It would be awesome.
Here are them:
1.Quality of your ideas
2. Time commitment
3. Having products
4. Ability to learn from feedback
5. Securing Funds
6.Sales and Marketing skilles
7. Relentless pursuit for success
8. Leadership
9. Passion around the product(s)
10. Flexibility in achieving goals
11. Crush competitors
Essentially all of these counts. Yet choose the three you consider MOST important. Personally i think Leadership should be most important because a leader can manage his peopple in pragmatic ways and mange everybodys emotions. A leader know when to stop giving task to subordinates (If the overwork themselves forexample, or fail too often) . Leader also make sure everybodu knows what is going on, let people know the stautus of upcoming events. Also I consider having products which mus tbe essential in order to sell. Last i consider Passion as it improves your own motivation , byers has some passion too which help build loayalty

I'm going to pick 2, tiem commitment and Passion around the product(s).
1) In this endeavor you're going to reap the rewards of your effort. It's not a get rich quick or make money doing nothing program. You need to commit to pursuing your dream.
2) It's not so much the product itself as it is the niche, unless your niche is a specific product. I truly believe it's easier to write about and come across as an authority if you love or know your niche deeply. Hobbies such as drones, SCUBA, sailing, etc. or a trial you've been through (i.e. I beat cancer and you can too, etc.). Yes you can research any niche and become an authority in it but I think if you've got knowledge already and you're passionate about it, then it will be so much easier for you in the long run.
So you find passion tobe important because it might build relialiblity.
