Some of my remarks are already said (Theme, Widgets, Photos). Take care of your text breaks (connecting with others), where is your home page (landing page) in your menu. And please copying entire paragraphs are an absolute no go!

My personal opinion is that I'd pick a different theme. This one is a bit confusing as to what's your website title, what's a menu, and where I can click. Just an idea though...it's kind of hard to tell though because the site is new. Sometimes adding more content may change the look.

Lets start out simple. You should get some good input so I will keep it short for now.

1. Change the title that appears on your header. You do not need the website addy there, it would look much better and more professional with a regular name like say "Get Started Free" ( Just an example )
You can change this at: Dashboard > Settings > General Settings

2. get rid of that meta box! I hate those things.

You are off to a great start, Sherrie! I noticed that your home page is blank, so I recommend making the "Get Started" page your static page. That way it is the first thing seen when someone goes to your site. To do this you would click on Appearance, Customize, and then Static Front Page. You can always change it later once you have more content.
Another thing I would do is have your text wrap your picture on the About Me page. To do this, place your cursor on the same line as your text, to the left of the first letter. Add your picture there. Then click on the picture to select it and click on the icon for right indentation. This will put your words to the left and your pic to the right.
You are doing great and your site looks fantastic! Keep up the good work!
