The word wuss has been with the human family since we first started to communicate using sound made from our mouths other than grunts and snarls. Of course back in this time of prehistory when we first started to band together around a cave for protection and shelter all things were implied through a snarl or a grunt, and it was the one with the loudest snarl and grunt that would set the rules for anyone else seeking the protection of the cave.
Back in this time you would have been considered a wuss if your snarl and grunt was not up to much compared with the loudest. But that didn’t mean you staved or went without no it just meant you didn’t call the shots.
Now as human beings we have a special ability in how we think. Not only do we think forward we can also think left and right up and down, any dimension we can think of. Lateral thinking is of course fundamental to human evolution. It allows us to think round obstacles that are in our way.
It was this very thinking that allowed the wuss in the cave to “out think” the alpha. You see the alpha had no challenge, he was already at the top just through his grunt! He had no need to think to overcome a problem. Yet the wuss had to overcome a problem. And to better his standing he had to think his way around.
Its the easiest indicator that you are dealing with a moron if they are calling you a wuss for not doing something. I try to look upon such people with compassion as they cant help doing it.
Take the Empower Network (please take it and throw it away) for instance. Here is an idea that you can sell nothing for a really high price and then call people WUSSIES for not buying it. It plays totally to the ego promising wealth and riches, your ego laps it up so when it comes to going ALL IN you’ve been buttered and spread.
Yet if you embraced your inner wuss some more, made peace with your confusion you could see the Empower Network for what it really is NOTHING but an idea. There is nothing tangible about it. Its just the idea that it has some value, once you buy this idea you can sell it to others.
The problem is its completely overpriced and worthless.
So I say embrace your inner wuss celebrate its unique qualities. Its time to take our wuss back.

LoL- It's funny how we use language differently - I tell my dog not to be a wuss when he's scared of something.
