Teamwork At WA

As someone who has worked in several organizations, I know that teamwork is an important ingredient for achieving goals set. The same is true with one's own personal pursuits; it does not matter if you are working on a personal project or dream, you are going to need the assistance of offers. The popular song "No Man Is An Island" is a reminder of this. The original saying comes from a sermon by seventeenth-century English author John Donne, and has as its meaning, that no one is self-sufficient, we need each other.

Since I have been a member of WA, I have come to appreciate these words more and more each day. I have found this to be the best community one can find oneself in. Here persons respond to your concerns, questions, achievements, challenges, griefs within minutes of learning about them. Real persons whom you have only met online, respond to you as if you have known each other since childhood. Persons who have now become members of your extended family.

Since many of us joined as newbies, not knowing much or anything about online businesses, other members of the community give of their expertise to walk with us through our teething process. Helping us in the formulation of our websites by offering comments and suggestions so that the end product can be satisfactory. Today many of the professionally looking websites here were not done by the author alone but through the assistance of others, some of whom do it behind the scenes.

I am grateful for those who have been selfless, those who have offered to be there for others, those who have been cheerleaders, those who listen and respond appropriately.

Truly, through teamwork and the spirit of volunteerism and camaraderie we will made it together. Thanks to everyone here at WA for playing your part.
