How can I restore the buttons for the visual tab and the text tab?

This issue has been going on for a long time as per the link above.
Doing a search above using "restore visual editor" there are some lessons about it but I have not viewed them yet. starting now. Please share if you find one that works. Im also missing my formatting tools.

Id like to add another question here also.
In my WP editor when viewing pages, I have no Visual and Text buttons like everyone in the training videos have... Oh and also the formatting buttons for customizing text. How do i turn this stuff on. Thanks everyone!!
In this instance you would make sure your cursor is at the very beginning of the paragraph ( Before the C of Coffee), click add media and insert your picture with a left alignment.

Im sure that's not the problem as many other people have this issue also. the image of the editor I uploaded is not mine. It is from Jay's webinar showing the buttons I don't have. Thanks though.
He has the pro version.

have you tried to go to settings and look on discussion and make sure you allow all comment on all posts all the best
Everything there looks correct. I unchecked "Allow people to post comments on new articles" Comments must be manually approved.

Im building a free siterubix site and will later change it a .org. Should i wait to add Google analytics and webmaster tools?? I dont know if the url can easily be changed in Go
I would follow the training. It will be easy to add the domain to your Google accounts when you get your own .org domain. ~Jude
So adding a siterubics.com url to Google analytic s and web master tools is OK. I can easily update the new url in Google later.!?
Yes, it will be easy. Ask again when you get to that step.

I have setup Google Analytics, copied the source code and pasted it into the scripts area on Thesis theme, however it still is not verified. I also went into my "all in one SEO"
did you do all your Plugins like All In One SEO Pack without that you can't link it to a Google+ account
