What does blocked resources mean and how to resolve it?

Hi Everyone,
Just looking through my google index and I have 38 pages of blocked resources. I think the main culprit is my affiliate's banner. I have deleted it 2 days ago but it's still not resolved. Anyone has any idea how to correct this?

Are you using Shareaholic social media plugin? If so then this is it. Avoid Shareaholic social media plugin
Hi jvranjes, I'm not using Shareaholic. It's a widget that I've placed into my primary content bar. A banner from an affiliate called 3sixtydegree.com.
Then cannot help.
If you are sure it was the banner (normally Webmaster would tell you), then it looks is not resolved only because Google machines did not check new version of your site, Give it a time.
