How do I upload PDF to my site?

I have just finished a 14 pages free DIY tutorial for my mailing list. Already converted it to PDF. Now I tried to upload it to my site to be able to get the URL but my media library is full. I'm not sure if I could delete the images in my media library as not sure if it will affect my posts/pages. What to do? Please advise...Many thanks.
