Have you ever felt like a giant fraud? Like maybe you really shouldn't be doing what your doing, that you're not "good enough"?

If so, no worries! You are NOT alone. More than 70% of people admit to feeling this way. Sometimes it's a good thing. Sometimes it's a reminder that we need to get better at something before we start teaching or helping others.

However, in most cases, it's simply something holding us back from our dreams and our goals.

It's true, confidence comes from competence. But, you don't have to be perfect and you don't have to know every single thing to be helpful to someone else. You need to be a few steps ahead of where they are and be able to guide them through those steps.

So, how do you overcome impostor syndrome? Take action!

What's something you're pretty good at? What's a skill that you learned and now are able to implement well and could teach others?

Go ahead, teach someone, help bring them up. Practice and perfect your craft along the way. <3

The additional action you can take is turn that knowledge into a blog! If you taught one person, you can teach many more and turn it into a profitable endeavor at the same time.

Absolutely! I LOVE blogs, though I am also a huge fan of using the same content in a variety of ways... as in, record the video, use the audio for a podcast, transcribe the video and use that as the basis for blog posts, etc. :)
