Hi Omega, if I understand you correctly then you actually have 2 separate questions for your second question all you have to do is go to your wordpress admin/dashboard then choose the page you want to edit, then when you have page up in the editor above your content you will see where to underline and where to bold.

Now for your 1st question that is a little more difficult, first off all before making any changes to your theme you should do a backup of your site if do not have that capability then at least copy and paste site somewhere

Once you have backed up your site then go to your wordpress admin/dashboard and on left hand side will see the word appearance. press that and Themes should top a sublist that will come up. press that then go to the search bar at top of page and type in what type of theme you are looking for IE: business and you will receive multiple themes you can choose from then just select one you want to use and activate it and will automatically be your new theme.

If you like your theme and just want to make some changes to it then you will have to edit the code itself.

Now you can change the site title here and the tagline

You will have to edit the code of the theme. You would probably want to create a childs theme. Unfortunately it is above my head and is a pain in the butt. This might help you though

If you can get by without it I would suggest not messing with it because I have tried to do 4 different changes. 2 Worked fine and the other 2 caused major problems with my site.
