Fracture in the line of business
I got a tiny fracture in my finger while going for a lead.
While approaching people playing football (soccer) I asked them if they were interested in joining my league (I have a league franchise) and they said they'd be interested, but also asked if I could play as goalkeeper for 45 minutes. While playing I saved the ball but it bent my fingers; I didn't realise until later that it was a bit of a problem. I decided to get checked the next morning,
Got an xray this morning and a tiny fracture confirmed and estimated 4-6 weeks recovery.
Another team signed up today (via Facebook),and have interest from others to follow up, so going OK.Even before that 2 other sets of guys were interested that day.
Resting today, but no reason to stop promoting in the coming days.
I also got some useful feedback today on my facebook advert from the guy who does it at the franchisor head office. I've implemented some changes on that today.
Also found out my regular job (information analyst) is moving office one week early i.e. this week. Best get cracking then...(no jokes on cracking and my finger :-) )...

Sorry to hear about your finger but it is great that it isn't slowing you down any! And it is good to hear that you are continuing to make progress! :) Christa
