II have been with WA since March of 2014. Progress has not been as fast as I desire but it occurred to me that some of the competing websites are gigantic. It will take time to build to that level.
I spent 25 years in the classroom. The Feds changed the curriculum so much that I hated going to work. I loved coaching football and track and was very successful at it. Even the fun was taken out of that with all this new classroom legislation.
The longer I am with WA the more I realize it is a unique and wonderful place. No other site on the web can compare.
I have created some daily goals to try and keep moving forward every day. It is a work in progress. I share them with you in hopes that it may help your progress.
1) Never give up. Hold on for at least 2 years.
2) Write 2 new articles a week.
3) Share WA in at least one new place a day.
4) Make one improvement a day to your website.
5) Complete one Bootcamp lesson a day.
6) Follow 100 new people a day in WA.
7) Always check LIKE for all comment directed to you.
8) Everyday reply to all Approved Comments on your site.
My ultimate goal is to make enough money so my wife and I can quit our jobs and travel across the country on a full-time basis. By my calculations, it would take at least $100,000 annually. That figure may take years to reach!
My beautiful wife and I have two passions. One is travelling across the country with our little trailer and sight seeing. Two, is LSU football. We are both alumni of Louisiana State and we love our tigers. Love purple, live gold!

Those are wonderful goals Bruce and I can tell you firsthand that these are more than achievable. When I started out I had very similar goals and with some hard work and dedication, I exceeded any goals that I could have ever initially set.
You will get there if you invest some hard work and dedication to this, I don't have any doubt. :)

What a great profile! I too am old school, being born during the baby boom and raised in Los Angeles. I do have a facebook account, so I am one step ahead of you. Unfornately I do not have a twitter account, and do not know how to twit. I have never wrote a blog and am not sure about pinterest, other than I've heard of it. Hopefully I can learn more here with WA. But I have done the "copy/paste" selling on Ebay, which is still new to me and still somewhat complicated as far as keeping with what to sell. Hope to see you around here and much success to you.

Yea, Mizzou had a tough 1st year in the SEC but a great 2nd season. Always remember the best defenses reveal the best teams. Great offense is not really necessary. The SEC is a defensive league. That is what makes the league great. If you cannot play defense, it will be a long season.
Geaux Tigers!

Great story! My husband is from Pittsburgh, PA & he loves Pitt & Penn state. He watches every time they are on TV. He can't watch all the game (not available on cable), so it's a special occasion when he can see them. I watch with him, but am not as passionate as he is. But that being, said I do love the Steelers, Penguins & Pirates. Don't worry too much about not being that familiar with a computer or the internet, if you're like me it just takes practice. When I was going through the training, I saw the word BLOG, I thought to myself, I don't know how to blog! Well, look at me now, huh! Image that. Good luck with your upcoming success.
