This is more of a question than a post. Does anyone have the scoop on affiliate link disclosures? i assumed the disclosure page on my site was CYA enough but I just read an article that says every blog post has to have a disclosure above the fold in the same font and color as your article if, indeed, the article contains affiliate links. in other words no trying to hide it. i have seen some webstes with a copy and paste disclosure at the top of every post. It didn't look very good and it distracted from the headline. so what are the rules?
