A Dollar A Day, Cigaretts Focus Group
I live my life in the aspect that if I don't make at least a $1 a day I can't go to sleep. One thing I believe in business and life is, that its more about who you know and less what you know. (Leave A comment below on what you think about this) I just came back from a Focus group where the topic was the signage and warning on cigarette packs in Canada. Now I only ended up in this group because I was going through the drive thru at McDonald's and I was advertising my music side of things to the girl that was taking my friends order and because she liked my vibe and music she told me about this opportunity where the incentive was $100, and Just like that I made $100 to sit down and give my opinion.
I like engaging people in conversation as it builds bonds and opens doors, so please comment below what you think about the phrase I mentioned earlier 'It's about who you know, less what you know'

Hi Zacharia, that is a real old school saying and to a large degree it has stood the test of time and rings true for much of what we do.
The internet has changed that perspective currently we are witnessing the biggest change that has occurred in human history, the thing is that the internet doesn't care about your age, sex financial position, your country, views on faith. There is also the biggest transfer of wealth happening because of the internet and the ability of everyone to participate that wants to.
So in changing times what we know is of greater importance as opposed to who we know. It is all about how we leverage that knowledge and if it is expressed in the right way to the right audience, then folks will come follow you.
It is now not who we know but how we use the knowledge that we have to provide solutions to the problems that the folks that we know and don't know that enriches their lives.
I have read and noted what you have said and as humans we all have an opinion, I respect your views, but with al due respect I only agree with that to a certain extent. Who else has any views on this topic?
