I am clocking 47 next year. I am being fascinated by how one can keep healthy and fit through regular exercising and sporting. I live run in a hilly neighborhood regularly and this makes me even more younger than ever. I last went to a hospital probably 6 years ago. I now run about 8kms which I couldn't while in early 30s. LESSON LEARNT: Don't tire to exercise, and always mind your diet.
