In terms of size you could try choosing something out of the "paragraph" tab in your visual editor.
If you want more control over your fonts, you need to install plugins like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/tinymce-advanced/
As for changing the colour, you could try this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/font/
I have never tried any of the above plugins myself, however I hope that helps =)
Hey thanks Farhan. The thing is, I already have Tinymce installed and my guess is that it may be something which is already set up in the theme. I will take another look at the font editor and try out your suggestion anyway! Thanks

Okay Nusr4t... I'm assuming your hyperlink is CLICK HERE. something like this, right?
Then, all you need to do is go to the tab at the top right of your wordpress post or page entitled "Text."
Find your hyperlink in html code, and in front of the "CLICK HERE." add this text to it...
, then right after "CLICK HERE." put this....
It should look like this then: CLICK HERE.
This will make your hyperlink bold and blue.
If you don't want it bold, don't add the ". If you want the hyperlink in a different color, go to: http://www.immigration-usa.com/html_colors.html, and pick any color and change the #0000FF to whatever number the color that you want is.

You probably need to use "Featured Image". You'll find it at the bottom of the post page in the right-hand column. Robert (boomergp08) has done some training on this Category, Tags and Featured Image
